What would you do if you had two extra hours every day?
Would you spend time with your family? Would you take more vacations? Would you make more money?
With productivity and time management, let’s make that happen.
I’m a productivity consultant. I help people get more things done in a lesser amount of time. I know it sounds like I focus on helping people make more money. That too – but my main focus is on making sure people are able to live their lives to the fullest through productivity and time management.
With my experience in varied industries such as fastfood, corporate BPO, freelancing, and small business; I have gained diverse knowledge and insights from being an employee, trainer, manager, and business owner.
A big part of my programs are my philosophies and beliefs. These are centered around humanity needing a balance between mind, body, heart, and spirit.
I believe that everyone has a calling – that thing they’re good at while also giving them extreme peace and satisfaction. I’ve found my calling in developing people to be the best versions of themselves they can be. I hope to help you find yours.
Most people achieve less than half their potential in their entire lifetimes.
Let’s achieve your full potential together.
I believe that to be the best version of yourself, you have to have a balanced lifestyle. If you want to perform better, you have to be optimal in body, mind, heart, and spirit.
There’s a belief that video games, partying and watching Netflix is only for those who are unproductive. That’s not true, in fact, I believe that these kind of “outlets” are necessary to bring out the best in you. What’s important is that we live intentionally. If your intention is to watch one episode on Netflix, that it doesn’t become twenty-one episodes.
All of us are different. That means that each of us has a different way of acting, reacting, interacting, performing, and learning. In order for us to understand how to bring out the best in you, we have to understand who you are as a person. How you think, feel, and process information most especially.
Whether you have good or bad circumstances, that’s not your fault. What we want to do is make the best out of the circumstances you have. In order to do that, we have to become masters of ourselves.
A fulfilled life is a balance of mind, body, heart, and spirit.
We can find that balance through time & task management.
Key skills, tools, and best practices are ideally taught in a group setting with like minded-individuals. Planning, Time management techniques, and others are perfect for workshop environments.
When individual guidance is needed on a long-term basis, mentorship is key. I help individuals over a continuous period achieve their goals and live a more complete and fulfilled life.
Teams function best when they have a strong sense of culture, a clear mission, and similar belief structures. We can work to help build that and foster team effectiveness and growth.
